Here's the blatantly anomalous help for vecregress, a program that is not currently useful but one day will be:

vecregress - Tes regression start.

usage: vecregress -h                       Print usage information. Optional.
flags:
-m <matrix stem name>    Specify the matrix stem name. Required.
-r <ref file>            File containing vector values.
-a <autocorrelate>       check vector for autocorrelation.
-v                       Global VoxBo version number. Optional.
