glminfo

glminfo will parse the contents of a VoxBo GLM directory and show you details about the design and contrasts of interest. Here's the help for glminfo:

  glminfo  <flags> <GLM dir>
flags:
  -l           long (extra detail)
  -i           show just independent variables of interest
  -r           show rmul (collinearity) for all variables of interest
  -m <fname>   calculate and write the intersection mask for this glm's data
